Dr. Céline Gounder, an epidemiologist, is professor of medicine and infectious diseases at New York University. Dr. Gounder served on the Biden-Harris Transition COVID-19 Advisory Board. She appears on major news programs as a guest expert on Covid-related issues, and is the host of the podcasts American Diagnosis and Epidemic. She has written for the New York Times, The New Yorker, and The Atlantic, and is president of Just Human Productions. In 2017, People Magazine named her one of “25 Women Changing the World,” and in 2021, InStyle Magazine named her one of “50 Women Making the World a Better Place.”
